if you get a text saying to call this # back do NOT I repeate do NOT supply the information the automated message requests! This is a scam, they are pretending to legitimately be Bank of America from their fraud department. I know this for certain because #1 - I do NOT have a checking / debit account with Bank of America, there is no option to speak to a representative and if you google the phone # it does not pop up anywhere as Bank of America. I called bank of america directly and they confirmed this is NOT a valid Bank of America number.
