Who called from 4068254254

Mystery call, but hung up after I answered.  This has happened several times.  I am on all the no-call lists. If I call, the number does not take calls.   These calls disturb a very sick person.

1/15 -- three calls.  Did not answer

Called, no one responded when I said "hello" so I hung up!

this number calls almost every day, but never answers and when I called the number back to take off the list there is a busy signal.. It is out of Montana.
