The caller ID showed "important".  The company did not identify themselves, but they were working under the "Debt Reduction Act" and quoted some code sections.  They said they would work to restructure debt.  When I pressed for a positive response I got a voice saying all operators were busy and I should leave my name, phone number and total debt amount (not including car loan or home mortgage).
