This person called and stated he was from Microsoft works and told my elderly father that he had hundreds of viruses on his computer. Had my dad go to a website which gave him access to hack in and download. He then charged my father $350 for "virus protection software". We called and cancelled the credit card and a couple weeks later he called my father again asking how his computer was working and stated the credit card was no good and he needed a different number. Called back later that day to ask for his mothers maiden name. BEWARE

I hope you had a real live tech go through the computer just in case. Also you need to change passwords anyplace he might have and on the computer. its hard to say just what they could have stolen while accessing the computer.
