I answered and it was a recording that said, "Hi, my name is Amy and I'm an employment specialist..." and then it gets cut off by a busy signal. I've had the exact same experience with multiple other numbers (with different area codes). I'm sure it's a scam of some sort and I wish they'd stop calling me - my call block list is nearly full.
I just got a call from this number. She said she was from a company that helps you find a college degree and said I had made an "inquiry." I JUST got this number a month ago and have not signed up with this number on anything aside from a new bank account. I told her, "I'm sorry, I'm about to start a family. I don't have time for college." She went silent. I assumed she hung up and asked if she was still there. She scoffed and said, "Ok. Goodbye." Sheesh.
I should also mention that the number pops up as a local lumber yard or something. Either the company changed numbers or they're parading as a false number.
