Just dont answer the freakin phone you morons...I mean, do you really spend all this time worrying bout it AFTER you know who it is? I have put together a simple step by step instruction:
1. When phone rings, looki at it.
2. If you do not know the number, (and your not expecting Ed Mcmahon to call you cause you were
stupid enough to put in for the sweepstakes), Do not answer.
3. You also have the option of hitting the ignore call function on your phone.
4. Move on with your life!

What I have trouble with is the fact that some of these posts say "Debt Collector" and some say "Security Systems". Do they call for a lot of different entities??? I never answer these phone calls, NEVER! I keep track of them, but never answer. It doesn't matter....they keep calling. I've got a call blocker on my phone system but it will only hold 30 numbers, so I can't Call Block all of them. I just have to check my caller ID, and if it is one of these crazy numbers, I don't answer! I've logged dozens and dozens of numbers so far!
I didn't answer since they did not leave a message. I usually do not answer a call if the ID doesn't have a name. I believe every telemarketer in the world has my phone number.
I have the same problem with the mail. If you don't need a loan every loan company in the US sends you
a "we have a deal for you".
it costs me money to get unwanted calls. why 'opt out' - i never opted in. i am on every known no call list yet still get pestered. "ignore it" is easy advice when someone else is paying
