Who called from 4068528351

Received calls to business number regarding refinancing your home mortgage thru the President's program.  Pressed #9 to removed number from calling list.  Still received calls.  Pressed #1 to speak to a live person.  Requested to remove business number from calling list.  Still getting calls.  Reverse lookup shows this is a cell phone out of Montana.

did not pick up and caller did not leave message. Phone number is listed to " Powers Steph" -- could be Stephen or Stephanie, perhaps.

When I called the number back a recording comes on saying the number has been disconnected. How can that be when they called me 10 minutes ago.

Keep getting calls from this number, I don't know why. On call back, it says the number has been disconnected.
