I've gotten about 8 calls today on my home phone from this phone number. I'm also on the do not call list. I'm going to report them. My concern with leaving rude messages for them is that they might retaliate. OMG!!!! I"m getting a call right now!!!

How can I block these calls and what are my legal rights to persecute the caller?
