although on Do Not Call list, this number has been calling my cell phone for over a week now. Today, they actually left a voicemail. They didn't leave a business name but the recorded message told me it is in regards to my credit and that I could lower my interest rates. So... it's telemarketing to a number listed on Do Not Call, so I have filed a 1088G form online with the FCC on their "complaints" website. I encourage those pestered by these people to do the same.
