Said they were IRS and going to sue me and to call this number. The IRS does not call on the phone wish they could trace these calls probably from China or some other foreign country.
They called claiming to be from the IRS saying that they are filing a lawsuit against us. Fear, knee-jerk reaction. The real IRS doesn't call you, they send everything in writing. They also don't take gift cards to pay off bills. Don't call them back, it's a scam.
