Illegal telemarketer - called, listened to my message and then hung up. I am on the national Do Not Call list. I don't appreciate this abuse! Plz get these people fined.

We are on the "Do not call list"...how do these calls get through? The recorded message makes no mention what company or card service this is for...The BBB should take action on these businesses and stop this abuse! And what "eligibility expires shortly" and what "final notice"...might I ask? Get a real job!!!
The message identified the caller as Account Services. I pressed one and waited for an operator. As soon as I asked her who "Account Services" was, she hung up on me.
