Reporting it to the DNC will do no good. You will need to deal with it direct with Google. Your caller could be a scammer and if it is Google, they should honor your request. Since you do have an ongoing relationship with Google, directly or indirectly by accessing their services even if via another carrier or site knowingly or unknowingly, they can call you. If you tell them to stop. (Preferable in writing), they must stop but only for 90 days, unless you send then a certified cease and desist with signature.
