call to lower my credit card interest rate, when I ask for the individual to identify his bank or card company he hung up.

Automated call saying they would lower my interest rate on my credit card and to press "9." I hung up.

Automated call received saying press "9" to speak to a representative about lowering credit card interst rates. Since I am on the no-call list, I pressed 9 to complain, person simply hung up before I could get the name of the company.
