Given the weird 000 and the Orlando area code, I suspect this is the same crooked company who is trying to get people to lower their credit card rates. If you look at similar numbers, there is a pattern emerging. I would guess that they keep changing the number to avoid "do not call registry". Up to no good. The American people are beseiged by these crooked companies but the Feds can't touch them. They reward them by stimulus packages. It's enough to make you want to move to Canada. I am sick of this.
