Received this call at 6:14 PM - 10/01/08 with "unknown" caller on call ID. Prerecorded message with a limited time offer to lower my credit card rates to as low a 6.5%. Then press '9' to speak to an operator.
I have received similar calls from this same company, but using different faked numbers.This obviously is a SCAM to get your CC number. One time I spoke to an operator and asked them which of my CCs this was in reference to. They were caught off guard, and could not answer.

Wanted to lower my cc rate. Although we have no cc balance I still pressed #9 to be connected with a rep. When I asked the name of their company the person hung up. If I'm on the DNC list, why am I getting these calls?
