This is apparently a scam. Do not give them any information at all. (you would have to press #9 or O for their operator to get past the recorded message) I got a live person and told them I was tired of getting calls from them every day and before I could finish, they hung up on me. From what I understand, their ploy is to get your credit card or banking information.
You can get on the Do-Not-Call registry at the FTC by going to this site:

Received two robo-calls from this number in the same week. Offer to lower interest rates on credit cards. Pressed 9 and spoke to "Morgan" on second call. Hung up on me when I requested to be taken off call list.
I am getting a call from them everyday and everyday I report it to the Do Not Call registry under the complaint section in their website, https://www.donotcall.gov. Hopefully if everyone else who gets a call from them does the same, something will be done about this.
These guys have been calling and calling my mother, but never leaving a message, today she answered and got an automated message that she could "get a lower interest rate on your credit card", but never mentioned what card. Curious, she pressed 9, and got a man who asked her if she kept a balance, or paid her card off every month. When she answered "I pay my card off every month", he said "Thank-you" and hung up. They never did say what their company was.
