called up with a recording then a guy came online and called me an [***] when I told him we were on the no call list.

Offering to reduce interest of credit cards.  Told me their company name is "Account Services" but hung up on me when I asked for company location.  Have had several calls from them, and they always hang up when I ask for any identifying information or ask to be removed from their list.  I don't have caller ID, but last call return gave 407-000-8724.
