I got a call from this place too....I did in fact press 9 and they asked me to provide them my credit card numbers...felt very uncomfortable about this (obviously) and the lady was shocked that I wouldn't give it to her. I asked for the name of her company and she stated that they were called Financial Solutions, but she just started working there and couldn't provide me even the name of the owner of the company...I wasn't eligible to receive there website until after I relinquished my credit card numbers. This is definitely fishy!! I feel certain it was fraud. I called back the number on my caller id - it was in Florida and the lady told me she was in NY- clearly a lie and the person that answered told me that I had the wrong number.
This company is a joke, or they have REALLY bad representation from their CSRs.
I just got a call from 407-000-9364 and proceeded to press "9" to talk to someone. I asked the person why I was getting these calls since I was on the Do Not Call registry. She acted like she was going to help me then I said something about my credit, like she would know -- and she hung up on me! I just love people like that. I have filed a complaint with the "Do Not Call" registry. Hopefully, they will get to the bottom of this matter.
