lower interest rates on credit cards---I asked them to identify themselves and was told that I shouldn't waste his time. Doing business with someone who is afraid to identify themselves, cries out, that they are cheats and crooks !
said they are from a credit card company and can reduce your interest rate on any VISA OR MASTERCARD you have. Asked for a telephone number to call them back at. Said they don't do that but could reschedule a call back. Appears to be a scam.

I received a call with an automated voice saying they could lower my interest rates on my credit card. To speak to a representative press 9, so I did. Some punk answered and asked if I wanted to lower my interest rate. I said "No, I want to be taken off your calling list, I don’t do business with this company and they you are calling me illegally. His reply, and I quote……“Hmmmmm, to bad” and he hung up. Punk!
