Received call from 407-003-6886 3/28/14 - Did not answer as I was suspicious of the "003" exchange. This is probably a spoofed number. One other comment found at whocalled.us Also my number is on the national Do Not Call list - which appears to be an open invitation to fraudsters to call my number - once they get their copy of the Do Not Call list (my opinion). Only legitimate telemarketers comply with the DNC list (my opinion again).
