This is a recording completely in Spanish. I have no idea what they are selling or what they are saying, as far as that goes! I am on the Do Not Call list, and I did report them to the FCC. The calls have stopped. Don't think that reporting these telemarketers won't work. When I get unsolicited calls, I take the time to let these people know that I will be reporting them before they get a word in edgewise. The last one I told that to said "good luck with that". The way I am understanding it, companies that are in violation of the DNC Registry have to pay fines. I have my phone for MY convenience, not to be harrassed by telemarketers. And in case anybody cares, I did register all the cell phones on my plan because we all had been getting calls from telemarketers. The calls have completely stopped. So reporting them does help.
