Same annoyance, name not found and hungs up to machine. Be wary as there are a lot of scams going on that try to scare you regarding your credit card, credit history or a utility. Hang us immediately and call the company they claim to be from and not only ask if they called but report the number showing on your phone so they may follow up on it.
Said she was with GE/Honeywell Security and they had my info on file due to my security system. Had my name and address, I didn't stay on the call to gather anything further as to the authenticity of the caller.
Caller ID showed "name not found" - women was on the line saying something about my home security system - I told her no no no, would sue her & hung up.
