Who called from 4071238789

I did not answer the call since I don't recgnized the number

i got a call on my cell from this number-- i do not want anymore calls from them-- do not know who they are

this number called several times a day for days-do not wish to get calls from them, they do not leave messages either

this number called, i answered and they said nothing so i hung up.

This number showed on my cell as a missed call. Recently having aubmitted some jopb application I thought it could be a possible employer. I tried to call back and got a "your call could not be completed as dialed" weird. I don't plan on answering if they call again.
