Who called from 4072037084

I received a call from this number and I am on the national " Do not call list".  That evidently means nothing,

I get calls from these guys daily...  they haven't left a message, and I haven't called them back.

I called number, it's is National Firefighters asking for donations

I am sick and tired of getting this call.  Its daily.  Is it really the firefighters asso calling?

I receive two calls a day from this number. I answered twice and no one was on the other end. I tried calling back to instruct to stop calling and I received the "all operators are currently busy at this time" message.

Did anyone get this to stop?
