I got a call today from this number 407-203-9550 did not pick up they left no message. Called them right back the automated system says Duke Energy home repair, but after I hung up and called my local office they said they have no record of why they would be calling me! The caller id listing does not say Duke energy so ya if it is Duke Energy why no record? Just another telemarketer or scammer which ever it does not matter to me they are now on my blocked list
I called it back it is duke energy, I have the surge protection system on my main from them. I told them I wasn't interested in the offer and she stated my number would be removed from the call list. Very nice, very professional.
Understand they represent to be from Duke Energy. I am hundreds of miles from their service territory and my wife and I both received calls from them. Scam !
