Most likely a telemarketer. Since I am a timeshare owner I frequently get calls from people who want to 'buy' my timeshare. First time I have received a call from this number and, as usual, I do not answer numbers I do not recognize and, as usual, they did not leave a message. I decided to call them back and got the recorded message that the number is not in service. Just another number to be added my growing list of 'ignore' contacts.
