Caller didn't speak.

11/04 17:34 PST  Another robotic voice asking for man or lady of house and then, when no response from VM says "Hello, are you there?  No clue what this scam might be, and truly wish there was some conclusive way of stopping this crap.

11/07 16:23  PST Basically the same as previous report except ID this time is Outreach instead of Insight.  Don't know or care what this is about.

Called a few minutes ago, no caller ID other than phone number, and then silence' I kept saying hello and the caller hung up, bxxzzzzz.  Why do they bother?  Perhaps the robocall gizmo calls several numbers at the same time, the human responding to the first person who answers, hanging up on the other calls?
