Using the option to take your number off their system doesn't work either no matter what up should you choose when you call them back you cannot get the identification of the name of this company or a real person . I would love to be in the room when they hear the message I left
I don't think there's a cuss word I didn't use towards them as well as calling the bottom feeders
However, there is some value in those postings because it gives you a sense that many people are receiving the same call from the same number...if only 2 or 3 posted with substantive info, I may still wonder why I was getting the call. Volume in these cases does help.
I've been getting numerous calls from 407-205-0239 on my cell phone. Never leave a message. I finally called from my land line after blocking my outgoing number by dialing *67 first. A woman answered the phone with a simple "hello?" I said "oh, I'm sorry, I must have the wrong number." She said "Who is this?" And, again I said "I have the wring number." She asked again "well, who are you?" I told her that hardly battered considering I had the wring number and then I hung up on her.
I have no outstanding bills that collections would be calling me for. So, I can only imagine it's a scam to try and take advantage of whomever they can. Sickening. They should use their talents to work hard like the rest if us.
