I get a boat load of these junk "phone calls" now for over a good number of yrs, once I got a wind that these are just "junk" calls I tried everything under the sun, "do not call" reports DOES NOT DO ANYTING I found out after I spent hours each day reporting these "NICE" callers, finally I realized that the best remedy is just not answer, look at the caller id first, (cause I am able to do that first) and just let it ring, I shut off my answering machine. They also come up with different numbers each time they call cause they can do that too I don't even bother with them argue with them or anything else I guess after a number of yrs just learnd to live with it. I also have a blocker if I get to it on time I can block it while the phone rings which means if that number calls again it just rings once I than know its just a junk phone call & don't even bother looking at it, when you don't answer they keep trying sometimes they take breaks & than it starts all over again, I guess it becomes a way of life after a while, my husband used to ask them "where did you get my number from" since we are not listed, yeh right like they are going to tell you??? they don't care how aggravated they get you. I just do not understand the purpose of these calls?? does that get them anywhere??? im beyond frustrated already,
"Hi this is Kate, how are you today? May I speak with the owner?"
I asked which Co she was calling from and she replied Elite Bank. Upon telling her the owner was unavailable, she hung up. She called 3 x today.. :/
Call started "Hi, This is Kate. May I speak with the Owner.". I said, "How can I help you"? and they HUNG UP. Really? I responded positively to their request and they hung up? What are they trying to do, waste time? Caller ID said: "NOT IN SERVICE".
Spammer. We have been getting call at least 3 times per week from these people for months. Unfortunately, the Do Not Call list needs to be expanded to businesses to stop scum like this.
