I received a call from a woman with a foriegn accent, a possibly Hispnaic, from Flrida claiming to represent Elizabeth Consulting, claiming to want to represent my husband's business, calling the business the Starlight Pool Room. My hsuband has recevied faxes before for the Starlight Pool Room. My husband does elctrical engineering consulting on the side. Niether one of us play billiards. We do not operate a pool hall. We have had a horribel relationship when we we neixtdoor neighbors of reputed local drug dealers who operated a fleet of Goodyear tire stores in Northern Virngina which had the surname of Hogan. I have received such spoof calls and faxes ever since we were neighbors of the hogans. We retained the same phone number but moved over eight years ago. the Hogans also acused my husband and I of being West Virgnina Democrats, or accused me specifically of being a Democrt. Both my husband and I have mebers of both parties in our families, many of which have served in state legislative branches. The h+hogans, in constract remined me of irish travlers with connection in Texas, Flrida, Oklahoma and Canda. However, i do not know whether or not any of this is relevant. I reproted the caller to the FTC and traced the call around 3 p.m..
You can not call the number back it simply dies. This is obviously a spoofed number and will get you no where. They can't possibly be a valid entity. Skip them
I just received a call from this number on my business line here in VA. At first no one answered but then a woman with a foriegn accent said hello. The line faded and it sounded like she said my first name but the number was unfamiliar and i could not hear clearly so i just hung up. I am sure it was someone trying to sell me something so thank goodness for the bad connection.
