You bought a house on Craigslist (red flag) for $900 (huge red flag) without signing papers beforehand and getting the keys in person (enormous red flag) and without personally meeting the seller (they don't have a red flag big enough for this one) and you then have to ask if this is a scam?

I had bought a house from a person name Ms Veron M Williams but I never received my keys the house was in Mississippi where I lived I saw the house on Craiglist ! He said he was going to refund me my $900 but somehow I figured it was a scam because the name said Ms but the Ms was a guy & he sounded just like a Arab or African it first started off as 1 phone number then went from there to emails which I still have then went from there to texting again saying I had to verify 2 codes in order to get my money ! The agreement was him giving me $1,150 back since I didn't get the house at first he had sent me to a house where someone was already staying in so he sent me another address & I told him I was going to the police & show them everything & he would be jailed & he was saying no stop I can't be jailed I have kids please give me so & so amount of time to get you your money couple months went by no money so I emailed him he had deleted his email address never contacted me back but had someone else contact me I still have no money still & I still think its a scam what do you all think ???
