they called last night about 7:40 and I don't answer the phone after 6 o'clock unless I know who it is. didn't leave a message or anything.

When I answered, they just disconnected me. I blocked my number and called them back ...got a recorded message.

Called from Orlando, FL, supposedly. Rang three times. I did not pick up.

1st call from this Orlando Fl number.  Blocked and ignored.

Why do callers continue to break the law when phone numbers are on the DO NOT CALL LIST??
Is it being enforced?   Are businesses and others being fined or jailed for disturbing us?
