Getting calls every day, they do not leave a message.i am gonna report it to the do not call list

I got a text message from 6005550615 telling me to call 407-209-6113.  Called the number and message said this phone number could not recieve messages at this time.

They kept calling and leaving no message. So I answered their call and it was a recording telling me to press 9 to speak to a customer service rep about lowering the interest rate on my credit card. I asked the rep which of my cards are you calling on? They couldn't answer and they wanted to offer me a new card. Yeah, right!
