Who called from 4072096113

I just got a call from this number, & pressed nine. I asked what the name of the company was and was told it's "account services." I told the bimbo at the other end she must be mentally challenged to think anyone would believe that to be a company name, to cease the calls immediately and remove my number from their calling list.

Said they were a Credit Card Company.  Would not give me the name of the company calling.

Didn't leave a message called number back and message said this phone number could not recieve messages at this time.

just received a call on my secondary cell phone (I rarely give out this number); no message was left

Received a call asking if I wanted to lower my interest card rate on a card I no longer held.  punched a button, a guy answered, I asked why he was inquiring about a card I no longer had and he hung up.
