Called my cell, I did not answer. It was a robo-call telemarketer - my voicemail picked up a clip with background music "...press 9 to opt out...."
(Don't ever press any number - they will then know your number works, and call you even more)
I get one of these spammer calls early to mid week, every week. Usually they just hang up.
I am blocking this number on my Windows phone.
Go to www.endrobocalls.org and sign the Consumer Reports petition. They are trying to pressure government and the phone companies to stop this nonsense and harassment by scammers.

My number is totally new because I just had it changed last week and have not given new number to anyone.
I never answer these calls I don't recognize. They are always on some website like this one - after - -g o o g l e search, showing as robo spam -criminal -scammers!!!
Harrassing phone calls from different FL numbers. I block one and they call with another. My number is registered on the do not call list, which doesn't seem to stop them.
