Who called from 4072173186

I was just dialed, too-- Tried to call back and it said it wasnt a working number.

Didn't leave a message on my phone. I called back and all I heard was a buzzing sound- no ringing or dial tone or anything.

Same thing, showing from Windermer, FL, answered but they hung up, called back and it said it was an unworking number.

Received a call from 407-217-3186 today, November 30, 2010 and upon calling back was told "not a working number".

Just got a call and nothing was on the line. It appears they are playing the "hook and bait" game where they call and if someone answers, they fwd the number to a call center and begin to tell you, "You are enrolled in 'such and such' sweepstakes" you should NEVER give any info to these "phantom" callers...
