Got this call from a Florida area code--I'm in California--on my cell from "Christine" who claimed to be making a follow-up to a recent prescription for pain cream for migraines ( I have no such prescription), and added "You will be talking to the doctor now. Doctor Raul." I asked for specific information like: Who are you? What organization are you with? and, What are you calling for again? I got the same line that she originally started with. I hung up. I'm pretty sure this was a phishing expedition for personal information aimed at individuals over 50, or something intended to scam people out of money.

This is a well know scam run by criminals. what they do is get you to give them your Doctor's name and phone number, they get him to fill out a form, and then bill the insurance company, medicare, or medicaid fantastic amounts for a worthless product. Simply put pain cream in the search box and you will find dozens and dozens of stories about this scam.
