Caller claims to be from AT&T and is making a courtesy call to let me know that they've changed my business long distance from a per-minute rate to a flat rate.
They've called several times and I've told them repeatedly that we use about 20 minutes of long distance a month (they don't seem to know that) and that 20 minutes at 6 cents a minute is $1.20 a month, so their $60 flat rate isn't a good deal.
These callers don't speak with a foreign accent unlike most of the AT&T harassing calls.
