I too have been receiving calls from this number several times a day at all hours! If anyone has looked into online degrees this number as well as 866-406-2947. I called back, couldn't undersand the person I was talking too! I asked to be removed from there calling list and have received 2 calls since then. I stress to put you home, cell, and any other numbers that you have connected to your name on the do not call list.
I've received many of these calls on my cell phone in the past month. Finally I've gotten fed up. I will fill out a FCC "Form 1088" complaint (https://esupport.fcc.gov/1088/) which deals with telemarketing to mobile devices (which is prohibited, btw, even without being on the Do Not Call list).
Hmm, it seems that I need to answer the phone to have enough information to make the complaint. I'll actually pick up the next time they call. Then I'll file - but all of you should too!
