An Investigator called me. I talked to him about a check I bounced 3 years ago. Told him to take me to court and that is what exactly happened. I had to pay the bad check, their legal fees and court cost. It came to $1772. I should had paid the $326 check. I learned an expensive lesson.

I wish I had checked this forum earlier. I thought this was a scam and ignored phone message. I have a court date next month pertaining to a check I wrote 4 years ago
