Who called from 4072422164

I tried calling it back and get a message that the user has not set up the voice mail box and then says good bye and hangs up

I got a call from this number and i got the same message when i called it back saying the voice mailbox hadn't been set up yet ! Then it said bye and hung up!

same as everyone else calld back and got a recording that the user of that number has not set up a voice mail box yet

Same result as others.

Same thing here! Must be a toll call of some sort.
