Website: catsadoptions.com offers free pure breed kittens, supposedly from Greater Victoria, Canada where I live.
I e-mailed one who said she was in Alberta, Canada. She has beautiful ragdolls kittens which are worth $500.00 and up in Canada.
When I was skeptical about shipping and said that the website warns about promise of shipping; she asked me to give her my phone # to discuss it
Today, Oct. 5, 2014, her husband called me 3 times with a very bad connection. So he e-mailed me saying the kitten would be shipped to my home address and to give him my address.
I replied that I will give him my home address if shipping was free.
I have not heard back yet....
