Who called from 4072613440

I just moved to Tennessee from Florida and I'm getting a repeated tone when I answer this number.  It's only coming in on my cell phone.  I'm becoming very concerned who is behind this number.

I am getting back to back calls on my home phone from this number.  CID says Digital Risk.  I let answering machine answer and the message left was a series of 10 beeps.  The next time, they called, I answered.  Still got 10 beeps.  Very annoying.  What is Digital Risk?
