Who called from 4072686631

This # calls every other day but never leaves a mess.,I called # back & they pick up then hang up,how can I get them to stop calling?

I get calls from this number about 10 a day, they do not say a xxxxx word they just call and hang on until I have to hang up.This is constant daily event and I have gotten sick of this CRAP !!! Please DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS IF POSSIBLE !!!

I have gotten calls from this number.  They are primarily Spanish speaking but one day they found someone that could speak English.  When I agreed I  could speak English they began singing something about sex on the beach.  My phone allows me to block certain numbers and that is what I did with this one
