I was outside and couldn't answer the phone. My Caller ID said the number was "Orlando, FL" and the number was:
407-270-0517
I added the "1--" and dialed it back: 1-407-270-0517 and it rang twice, picked up, and a recording came on and said something like they would like me to take a short survey--not sure what it was about, some some lucky callers would receive a free cruise! It was a man's voice, automated.... Press "1" if you are under 18, or press "2" if you are over 18. I tried pressing "3" and it said it was an invalid selection. I tried pressing a "0" and it said it was invalid. I tried pressing the "#" and it hung up on me, making that fast 'bunh-bunh-bunh' sound of a quick busy signal.
I called back again, and this time tried pressing the other buttons, the 4, 7, and the star key. Same thing--all invalid options.
I hung up and tried again, this time, I received a woman's automated recording, "We're sorry. All of our customer representatives are busy. Please try your call again later." I hung up and tried again, same woman's voice, same 'all customer reps are busy' message.
I'm giving up.
I'm so tired of thse b.s. phone calls!!!! Especially when you can't call them back or there is no option such as "please press "4" to stop receiving these calls."
