Calls coming from this number are a SCAM.  Caller claims to work for company which will assist you in lowering interest rates on current credit cards. They will even know what companies you have credit cards with.  BEWARE!  This is far from legitimate.  You will receive follow up calls from other 407 numbers and/or 855 999 0111.  Lying scumbags.
