i get calls from it but nobody answers when i do

I got a call from this number at 6:37 am this morning, but like Bob, nobody answers when I do.

I got a call at 7:00 am this morning and no one was there.

Got a call from this number also.  Left no message.

I get calls from this # frequently and they hang up when I answer or if I call back they do not answer. It sounds like they are walking etc. I text this person and asked them to stop. I received a interesting text back stating they are a 19yr old bi female and then asked if i wanted to chat and exchange pics.
It is scary what people can and do do...beware.
