Another scammer calling my office phone. I called them back when they rang twice and hung up before I could answer. Sounds like a call center in Mumbai and it was very hard to understand her. Something about insurance and saving money which means they are phishing for credit card numbers.
I told her "NOPE!!! Don't ever call here again" and blew the hurricane whistle
So, I didn't see what number it was that was calling, and foolishly answered the phone. After saying hello twice, a woman came on the phone and said she was calling all seniors. I said I wasn't a senior. She said, are you between the ages of 45-85? I said I guess I'm a senior. She went into her spiel and was so good, I thought it turned into a recorded message. Needless to say, it's some life insurance scam for all of us old farts over 45. If you see this number come up, just don't answer the phone. Remember the good ole days when family and friends used to call and it wasn't some stupid telemarketing company? It seems so long ago. Oh, there I go again having a senior moment.
