Whoever this is, they are extremely rude. I was scammed into buying a "vacation" from them, and they swindled me out of several hundred dollars. I had bought the trip, and then was told that I needed to book the vacation by a certain time; also, that they would not refund me the money. Needless to say, I learned my lesson.
