Not sure about this number calling for assistance.  Car broke down. Says phone belongs to deceased mother.

Called about needing some sort of help but this person is unknown to us. Says his mother was killed by a drunk driver in a car crash. Unable to obtain any other contact or information about caller.

I am a Pastor and received a call before 6 in the morning. Stating him ( John Williamson) and his family are broke down and need money. Said his mother was killed by a drunk driver and there car has broken down and they need money.

This seems to be a magic jack number, probably from some boiler room in India. These scammers are ruthless.
